General Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions of use apply to the Lucor Sport website located at www.lucorsport.com, and all those associated with sites linked to www.lucorsport. The site is owned by Lucor Sport. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT, DO NOT USE THE SITE. Lucor Sport reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms of use, at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms of use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. By using the site, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send to the site can be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that a transmission.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, marks, logos, sounds, music, illustrations, and code equipment (collectively, "content"), including but not limited to design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, and Provision of such content on the site is owned, controlled or licensed by Lucor Sport and is protected by trademarks, copyrights, patent and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights. This contract describes the "General Terms and Conditions" applicable to the purchase of products on the site www.lucorsport.com. . They will be referred to on the Site and in these General Terms and Conditions, indistinctly, as Lucor Sport and are only applicable to orders and sales transactions for the Products that are available in the Online Store Regarding their purchases in the Store Online, we will communicate electronically by sending emails or electronic communications. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that are provided electronically produce the same legal effects as written communications.
Purchasing process
1. Make an Order.
Please note that we deliver Products worldwide. In order to purchase Products, you must:
Provide your name and address, telephone number, email address, payment details and other information that is required;
Be at least 18 years old;
Provide a delivery address; and
Be the holder or authorized holder of a valid debit / credit card, in case you pay with a debit / credit card. You can place an order by clicking on the "Add to cart" option, and then accessing the validate purchase page.
2. Processing of an Order and Birth of the Contract.
You agree that your order is an offer to buy the Products listed in your order, in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions. All orders must be accepted by Lucor Sport. We may decide not to accept abnormal orders and orders that Lucor Sport suspects have not been made in good faith.
After receiving your order, we will send you an acknowledgment email, with your order number and with the details of the items you have requested.
The acceptance of your order and the birth of the sales contract between Lucor Sport and you will not take place unless or until you receive confirmation via email of your order by Lucor Sport.
You have the option to cancel your order at any time, contacting Lucor Sport contacto@lucorsport.com before we send you, receiving confirmation of cancellation via email.
3. Prices, Transportation and Handling, Charges and Taxes.
The price set for a Product will be the price in force at the time the order is placed and will be reflected in the order receipt and order confirmation emails. Lucor Sport may change prices at any time without prior notice. The price increases will only be applicable to orders placed after such changes.
The prices of the Products include VAT or other applicable taxes, but do not include the costs of transportation, handling and customs taxes of the destination country of the merchandise.
The charges corresponding to transport, handling and their corresponding VAT or other taxes, will be shown separately in the email of your Order by Lucor Sport.
4. Product Availability and Delivery, Circumstances Outside Reasonable Control.
Lucor Sport guarantees the availability of the Products offered in the Online Store. Lucor Sport reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to change, suspend or discontinue the manufacture of any Product.

We will provide you with information on the latest expected delivery date, not to exceed 30 days, unless you specifically agree to a later date.
If you place an order for custom items, the lead time for those items will be added to the lead time for the selected supply option. The delivery time will be subject to the location of the place, municipality, State and Country of destination of the products considering that Lucor Sport is located in the Federal District of the United Mexican States.
In the event that you unreasonably evade delivery or delay receipt of delivery after we have notified you that we have attempted to deliver the requested items to you, or if you have provided us with an incorrect delivery address resulting in a failed delivery, the package to be delivered will be returned to us. In the event that, after the first delivery attempt, the items remain undelivered for a period of 7 working days and are returned to us without being delivered, we will consider that you have exercised your right to withdraw from the contract and, when we receive the package delivered, we will refund the amount in accordance with our return policy, discounting the additional reasonable expenses incurred.
Lucor Sport will not be responsible for the delay or non-compliance in the event that the delay or non-compliance is due to any circumstance that is beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, wars, acts of terrorism, strikes, states of emergency of local or national character, interruption of the means of transport, interruption in the supply of energy, earthquakes or other natural disasters.
5. Payment.
Payments through credit / debit cards will be made through credit / debit cards approved by Lucor Sport. The types of approved credit / debit cards are listed in the Online Store. You must provide your payment card details when you place an order. The charge on the payment card will be made at the time you make the payment of the items ordered. We will not supply the items to you until the issuer of your card has authorized the use of your card to pay for the Products ordered. Since your Order confirmation email is your proof of purchase, we recommend that you save and print that document for future use.
6. Product Ownership.
Lucor Sport maintains full legal ownership of the Products until it has received all amounts due for the Products ordered.

7. Return and Refund, Other Options.
If you have purchased Products for your private use as a consumer and wish to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract and return the items you have purchased for reasons not attributable to Lucor Sport, you must notify us, either by email contact @ lucorsport. such as by phone at 55 500 71391, within 5 (five) calendar days from the date you received the delivery, and you must receive electronic confirmation of said return by Lucor Sport.
Once we have received and validated your returned items, we will confirm it to you via email. The refund will be processed by us and confirmed via email. We will refund only the amount of the products purchased, not including transportation costs. However, we may also offer you the following options as an alternative to your legal right to a refund:
a) You can authorize us to send another Product that replaces the original (covering the shipping costs generated by you); or
b) You can authorize us to issue a credit note
These rights are optional and are subject to your express consent.
In the event that the Products that you have received do not correspond to those that you have requested, or in the event that your order is incomplete or has been damaged during transport, please contact us without delay, either by email or by phone, for assistance.
8. How to Return Items?
You must return the items in their original package. You must include all accessories, user manuals and any free gifts that are in the same package.
In the event that an item has been purchased as part of a multi-item set, all items that are part of the set must be returned. Please treat the items with reasonable care and return them in the same condition in which they were delivered to you. We encourage you to use, if possible, the original retail package or to pack items safely and ensure that your order number is clearly visible on the outside of the package. Replacement and refund can only be processed once we receive all items that need to be returned.
In case of replacement, the original articles will be replaced by new identical articles.
In the event that you return items: 1) that you are not authorized to return, 2) that they are not in their original conditions, 3) that they do not have packaging or that they are not properly packaged, 4) with the absence of items that were supplied With the order that is now being returned, 5) that do not comply with our return instructions, or 6) that have not been treated with reasonable care, we reserve the right, either to refuse your return and to decline the refund or to deduct of those payments that must be reimbursed to you for reasonable repair costs or similar direct costs that we have incurred, all in accordance with applicable law
In the event that your return has been accepted, we will refund the price you have paid for the items (in accordance with the aforementioned), by means of a credit to your card within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from from the day of receipt of delivery.
Please note that Lucor Sport will only process returns and refunds for items purchased from this Online Store.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
